Rửa sạch thịt gà , chặt miếng vừa ăn. Rửa trứng cút qua nước và luộc, hành lá rửa sạch, cắt nhỏ.
Ướp thịt gà với tiêu, 1 muỗng canh đường, 3 muỗng canh nước mắm, 2 muỗng canh hành tím băm, 2 muỗng canh nước màu để trong khoảng 15 phút cho ngấm gia vị.
Làm nóng dầu ăn, cho thịt gà đã ướp ở trên vào xào khoảng 15 phút.
Tiếp theo, đổ 150ml nước dừa vào cùng, nấu nhỏ lửa cho thịt gà mềm, cho trứng cút vào, nấu thêm 10 phút.
Múc ra tô rồi rắc thêm chút hành lá lên món ăn. Như vậy, món gà kho trứng cút đã hoàn thành rồi, thật là thơm lừng gian bếp phải không nào bạn có thể ăn cùng với cơm được rồi nè, nếu có thêm tô canh bầu đi cùng nữa thì bữa cơm thật là tuyệt vời luôn đó.
